This semester in our Editing and Publishing seminar at SUNY Plattsburgh, student editorial assistants and I, along with the expert eye of Prose Editor Gbolahan Adeola, put together the TWENTIETH issue of Saranac Review, and I want to celebrate the work that went into this beautiful magazine for a minute.

Themed around water and waterways as resource and source, as sites of movement and migration, and as paths to connection, inspiration, and community, the issue features evocative writing and art and is anchored by the work of multimedia artists Marguerite Perret and Robin Lasser, whose art was on exhibit at the Plattsburgh State Art Museum this fall.
